Feel The Love

In early October, Comfort Generation in partnership with Lennox' Feel the Love program will donate and install free HVAC equipment to a local family. Over the past 15 years, Lennox and its dealers have supported deserving community members by completing 2300 free installations.

Comfort Generation is beyond pleased to announce this year's Feel the Love recipients:

The Bankas Family of Macungie, PA

Jillian and Ryan Bankas have been licensed foster parents with the Salvation Army the last 4 years. They are the parents of a 12-year-old son, an 8-year-old daughter, and are currently in the process of adopting their 5-year-old foster daughter, whose been in their home the last 3.5 years. Jillian grew up in the Lehigh Valley but moved away for several years. In 2017, The Bankas family moved back to this area to be closer to family and to raise their children here. Their kids are active in local youth sports, and Ryan volunteers his time to coach flag football. The family is passionate about bringing attention to the needs of children in foster care, especially the significant need for foster parents.

The Bankas family's current HVAC system is over 20yrs old and broke over the summer during one of the biggest heatwaves. They had a miserable few days before temporarily fixing the unit, but it is on its last leg. It has been stressful for them to think about the cost of replacing their system and becoming Feel the Love recipients has been such a welcomed blessing to them.

We at Comfort Generation are so excited to bestow this gift of home comfort onto the Bankas Family and are eagerly awaiting install week kicking off October 7th.
